Shipping Costs & Estimates

Please note: The buyer is exclusively responsible for all shipping, packing, and insurance costs. These charges are separate from the hammer price of the item.

Estimated shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • The delivery zip code.

  • The item’s dimensions and weight.

  • The final purchase price (for insurance valuation).

The total shipping invoice will cover professional art packing, transit, delivery, and full-value insurance.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. All artwork and collectibles require specialized packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping and handling costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of each piece. As a reference, a standard artwork measuring approximately 22 × 30 inches carries a packaging and shipping fee of $189–$249 USD within the United States. For an exact quote on your specific piece, please contact us before completing your purchase.


International Shipping (Europe & Other Markets)

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on the destination country.
  • For a standard piece measuring 22 × 30 inches, international shipping to Europe is approximately $329 USD, depending on the carrier and destination.
  • All customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • We work exclusively with trusted carriers specialized in fine art and high-value objects.

Terms & Conditions

  • Separate Shipments: Due to warehouse locations and the delicate nature of certain items, multiple wins may be shipped separately.

  • Liability: While we facilitate the logistics process, MJ Auction Gallery is not held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the merchandise is in the possession of the shipping company.

  • Standard Rates: Flat-rate delivery within the United States starts at $99.00, unless otherwise specified in the item description. International rates vary by destination and local customs regulations.


Packaging

Every piece is carefully packed using premium protective materials, including foam padding, rigid cardboard, and wooden crates when applicable, to ensure the integrity of your artwork throughout transit.


Shipping Insurance

All shipments include basic insurance coverage. For high-value pieces, we strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance. Please contact us prior to shipment to coordinate this option.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment at every step.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and include photographs of both the damage and the packaging. We will manage the claim with the carrier and insurance provider, and work toward a prompt resolution.
